We are hosting a welcome party at The Berry and Rye in Omaha, NE, the night before the wedding, August 29th, 2025, from 8 - 10 pm. Anyone who is invited to the wedding is welcome! First round of drinks on us. The dress code is semi-formal cocktail attire.

Yes, hotel room blocks have been reserved at a discounted rate. Please navigate to the "Travel" page to access the booking link. We highly recommend booking at the Cottonwood Hotel, as the majority of events will take place there. Additionally, only registered hotel guests are allowed access to the Hotel Pool Club where the bride and groom will be continuing the celebration the following day.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM. Hotel check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in starts at 2:00 PM and late checkout can be granted based on availability. Please confirm with the hotel concierge for special accommodations.

There is a large parking garage on 37th & Harney, right next to the Cottonwood. Daytime valet parking is also available for $15 or $30 for overnight valet parking.

We suggest arriving 30 minutes to an hour before the ceremony to ensure everyone is seated on time. The ceremony starts at 4:00 PM sharp, so anywhere from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM is acceptable.

The ceremony and reception will occur indoors in the Schimmel Ballroom within the Cottonwood Hotel.

Guests will exit The Cottonwood Hotel Schimmel Ballroom and make their way to another area for cocktail hour where drinks and small bites will be provided.

Yes, a plated dinner of your choice will be served alongside dessert, coffee, and an open bar for your enjoyment. Additionally, our wedding will be nut and shellfish-free to accommodate those with allergies.

Though we love your little ones, outside of immediate family, our wedding will be an adults-only event.

Our celebration is RSVP only, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

In Omaha, daily high temperatures for August are usually in the low to mid 80s.
